Leadership training and sales training needed.

The sales force needs leaders. The sales force needs REAL SALES training. It would be nice to see Forest put some money in outside sales training programs. It would also be nice to have DMs that know how to coach positively and really lead a team. Why do DMs get promoted simply based on their sales success...and many times lack there of? Good sales people aren't good leaders. Come on Forest! Put some money into the sales force...the reps that are working to make the company. Education and training are critical not only to make the company money but to keep the best!
