I can not believe you would allow your people to be treated like this! No water or bathroom facilities for over 12 hours and zero accommodations made? You have shown all of the leadership team that you do not give a f*** about any of us, despite of what you’ve said on stage.

In Texas right now. OP is somewhat wrong as we were allowed to go across the street to use the rest rooms at the convention center or other hotels in the area but no extra time was built into the agenda. We literally forged forward and didn’t miss a single second of the agenda.

it wasn’t Novo’s fault - a water main burst. And I’m pretty sure no one was keeping track of bathroom time. Go when you need to go like an adult. And across the street was like a 3 minute walk from the meeting rooms. Not a big deal.

i think OPs comment was centered on the notion that CP is a gossip machine, and leaders should not gossip.

I was waiting at the airport once and saw someone on the E Team on Cafepharm waiting to board a flight. They must of been seeking answers.

Nice of you guys to make the determination on what leaders should and shouldn’t do. Regardless, what I saw was complaining, not gossiping. How about we just all move on.

Finally!!! I enjoyed learning about the new leadership program. Dbms can finally really coach out representatives again, without fear of Reprocusations. Placing the right people into roles where regionally those people will perform better than the other was what truly hindered our regions performance all year. Excited for some local control again to manage terriorties.

thanks for the positive comment. It’s not Novo’s fault that Texas can’t handle cold weather. They may have tried to move people to another hotel. Maybe the hotel “promised” it would be ready sooner. Who knows and who cares. Leadership gets paid a pretty penny so is it the end of the world. I am more interested in hearing how the meeting went and some good take aways. We can use something positive so do share.
