All questions come up from high level leadership - they think they want to know what's really going on with their company. Me thinks they scan this site often. Most is garbage - here's a pearl...

First off leaders - your saint louis local needs to be cut to next to nothing. and the senior leadership should declare that and leave the state for UK or NJ. all this two sides of mouth speak confuses people. Makes you all look not competent and just makes people question whether you know what you are doing

B - announce a permanent NJ location and call it your US HQ. announce it fast like yesterday. the whole world takes all that's happened here and couple with the first point makes people wonder if captains are sleeping at bus wheel and has already hurt your progress

3 - send messages by exiting people who block all the new people you spend so much time and dollars to hire. These cancerous saint lou folks are killing your company behind scenes to keep work from moving.

D - stop treating companies you acquired like property. you bought these companies to be your future. you are killing the people in there that have skills you bought by make them deal with everything above

e - nobody is going to tell you all this to your face. they don't trust you because of th above

'Me thinks' you are missing the point, Ace. Leadership created the culture & processes/procedures that the STL "blockers" as you call them follow. THEY ARE DOING WHAT LEADERSHIP TELLS THEM. So whether we are in NJ, STL, or Timbuktu....you are going to get the same "blockers" following orders from above, or they get poor performance reviews and/or get fired and replaced by someone who WILL follow the upstairs direction.

Stop spewing anti-Midwest ignorance, clown. The true fact is that the only way to make change (and get respect for acquisitions and the knowledge they bring (you excluded)) is to start at the very top & work down.

No one gets your sarcastic points because they are dumb. You work here......for the same Leadership that created the culture that exists in STL. These are the SAME leaders heading to NJ. So you are also protecting a tiny existence to survive.....since NOTHING is changing post-move, and the company will be sold once on the East coast. Your ignorant and trashy comments only show why the acquisitions are treated like step children who need education & attitude adjustments. NJ has farms too, idiot. Lmfao!! CA in da hiz......hey Joisey - go fistpump yoself . We r all in the same boat with this $hitty place. Regardless of what state/zip code. STL didn't make this co what it is.....the multi-millionaire BOD & EC geniuses (I use that term loosely) did. Ripping on underlings from STL won't change a damn thing. We r all screwed (across the nation) until leadership changes or company gets sold. So ease up on the heartland, boss. They just doin' what they told.
