Leadership Incapable of Leading

Companies have to STOP allowing people into leadership roles that are incapable of actually leading Doing so sets EVERYONE up for failure and GNE has been no exception. Take EA Ive had to work with a senior member of their GA group on a few initiatives now and as nice as MW is she couldnt lead herself out of a wet paper bag so how she is allowed to lead a team is astonishing.
Also, there's more to being diverse than just placing women in various roles that they maybe should or should not be in. NOTHING against women, I think many women do great work and should be higher ranking in the company but GNE cant keep using women as their means of proving its a diverse company.
 






what we are experiencing in Pennsylvania is without a doubt the weakest example of leadership in any organization. We have been characterized by our customers as the “once great company” to work for. We are no longer their first thought in partnership, innovation or collaboration. We have become known for managing to manage our structure and HQ obstacle's that made us relevant and valuable. Bringing leadership to a customer visit is like bringing a blind date to a friends wedding. They know no one, they are socially awkward and they can add nothing to the conversations. The worst of the worst leadership is right here in PA and our business reflects the poor decisions made in this restructuring. Just disgusting!

The abuse of power and HR cover ups are substantial. Class action lawsuits are the next step due to HR failures.
 






HED’s and HD’s are not managers, they are not leaders either. Culture no longer exists and the field is going through the motions. Ashley, Kate and the crew are blind to the reality of the morale. The amount of dead weight in middle management is indescribable. Give the field a survey that is Anonymous and not at the eco level. Management is too scared.
 






So, who does lead this place now? What is our goal after we have done all the DEI that we can, Is there anything left? We need an overhaul at the top. Are we profitable anymore or does it matter. Do we sell anything or just make sure everyone feels OK. Maybe we will need a focus group to answer these questions.
