Leadership get aways?

How does a company allow multiple levels of leadership, (direct reports to supervisor) travel together on vacations, golf trips, etc. This clearing would be a significant concern in any other organization, but at Genentech, it's the type of arrogance that helps feed the mediocracy and destroys innovation.

It's called a "sense of entitlement". All of the managers at GNE have it.

Nothing will ever happen unless you shine the light on the Roches and name names.

If this is in reference to the Lytics RSDs, DMs and CSs doing the golf outings, it's been going on for a few years. Positive intent will help me to believe there is no partiality when it comes time to promotions, expectations or job performance.(Is what they will say if you were to ask) Apathy allows the rest of us to shake our heads and accept the fraternity mentality. In any other company this would never happen.
I know, I should go work somewhere else, where the Leadership behaves as professionals and practice the most basic leadership principles.

Go work somewhere else! We don’t need you! Long live Lytics leadership!
