Lazy Endo contract reps

We have been reading your smack on our Endo board. You are mostly worthless and lazy reps. Yes, most of you will keep your jobs with the upcoming layoff but only because you are less expensive. Guess what? Your shitty contract will then end within 12 months and you will be looking for a job. With contract work on your resume - Good Luck! HaHaHa!

Whatever. Wake up and smell the contract. If you want to stay in this industry you may as well get used to it. Soon contract will be all that's left. I worked as direct rep for six years. Guess what? It is the exact same job with people who have the exact same backgrounds as you and were unfortunate enough to get caught in the slaughter. I do make a little less but still much more than if I start a new career at the bottom of the ladder.
Incidentally, I like all of the Endo folks in my area and hope we don't lose a single one. We are just as likely as they to lose our jobs. The posts talking smack do not represent the majority of us. The InVentiv people I know would never make light of or team members losing their livelihood.

You aren't even close to being a real Endo rep. Contract is contract. It's only for people that cannot get on with a real company. But keep telling yourself it's the same, and that is all there is. It's job security for the rest of us. Good day'

The Endo contract is the worst ever. I have worked 3 and by far this is the worst. Pay, bennies, car, bonus, mgt, teammates, products. SHIT through and through. Can't wait for it to END!!!!!!!!!!

It's a contract. There are no strings attached. Did you expect a nice pension or retirement. Its a CONTRACT position. These jobs are worth nothing while working them, and worth NOTHING when done that's the key. Here today gone tomorrow. So are you.

If you are an Endo direct hire, you don't get a pension. You work for a sub-standard company, with terrible products and no pipeline. That's something to be proud of! Go away troll.

No, that's you. A Endo cso. You want to be a Endo Rep. But youre not.

Cso's are temps. and unable to get the direct positions. Many InVentiv reps say the work for "Endo". They work for Inventiv. They know they are parttime, worhtless, temporary labor worth shit. Why not just say you work for inventiv as a cso? You don't work for endo.

It doesn't really matter anymore. Most of them are gone now and can't say they work for either. They work nowhere. Wahhhahahahahahahahaha.
