To answer your question, who knows. Based on what we have seen as it pertains to how they executed this BM initiative, I don’t think they have a clue.

Trying to launch a new product in a new class.
Juggling a launch matrix w R&F on a TCL that will change next week and a sample strategy that makes no sense.
Duplicating calls on paxlovid that will never be mentioned in a derm office and where cases have plummeted nationwide.
Coordinating with FRMs
Dealing with Connect reps emailing and calling us about their HCPs and introductions.
BM 3.3 resources that are cumbersome but need to be used to justify the jobs and expense.

it’s called priority of work. Let’s actually do the daily job right before we throw meetings out there in the middle of the day they really aren’t contributing the bottoms line.
