This is a dead end career path when you have a one hit wonder that’s even questionable as far as specificity and efficacy.
You have to wonder where will the road end one indicator is the stock price as it has crater in retrograde at the same time

if I was you, I would start looking for another job perhaps in an organization that’s highly successful like Chick-fil-A

Yup, but we can hire more Associate Directors and higher! Surya Nalluri and Nassar Nizzami have no freaking clue what they are doing and are arrogant a$$holes. On top of toxic Jake Orville’s toxic friend Brian Jaffa and Nassar’s friends who do nothing (Kari Cassel (horse farm b!tch), Mike Hill).

Place is a toxic, diseased he!!hole. Get out while you can before the layoffs hit.

This is a “friends of” toxic hell hole, not just in IT. But people fall out of Jake’s favor very fast, especially when they’re no longer useful to him.

Add Amin Mazloom in Bioinformatics to that list of clown-club VPs. Amin Mazloom is a megalomaniac, with no background in oncology assay development prior. Your CSO brought him in. Amin Mazloom has been creating a stench in Bioinformatics. He got down from day one to politics. Instead of fixing the mess in Bioinformatics, he dismantled the good parts, and gave leadership titles (Director and Senior Director) to the imbeciles he brought from his previous failed company (progenity). What do the imbeciles now do? Not much. Because none of them have a background in assay development in the oncology space.

Start with shoving Amin Mazloom out the door, and strip him of every last dollar for the mess that he created. He and his worthless family should be left begging on the streets of San Diego!
