The only 2 things to move the stock: LEN for PREP and GLP1. Oncology is a huge drag and leadership needs start loving the HIV BU. Sandrine's oncology folks think they were the shit and now look at them. They have no idea what to do with their time. Sell COVID and Kite. Gilead priorities are so fucked up. Can we just be an antiviral company? We get no respect on wallstreet for anything else. You already fired Merdad. Quit sucking all the cash out of the HIV BU and driving it into the ground.

Lotta truth to this. They diluted the prep team which is basically a primary care sales force, as is covid. They can’t keep treatment top talent through the self preservation strategy and they are years late to the access and reimbursement party. Ironic they put so much money into other BU’s all to be a sucking cost center. Gilead, the giant who cared about hiv patients is gone. Taking its place is the current pcp big pharma mother chasing revenue spikes. Glp1’s in the pipe would make the old guard cry. If that even takes off, there is literally no one internally qualified to sell it or set Strat.

This is exactly what I’ve heard. And to add: BCG has been hired to handle what’s been referred to as a billion dollar layoff. Expect a WARN notice any day now.
