not a good word, but everyone is being pushed out with plans.
How long are we going to accept that it’s the performance of individual contributors.
Leave it to Pete A to wreck our business. We should all get a pass. We won’t. There are too many doing the same thing and we all know it.

If you get pushed out, be sure you take as much business as you can with you. There isn’t anything in the bag that can’t be purchased somewhere else. Make sure your customers know it. If that happens to me, that will be the first thing I do.

BTM here, and with all do respect I’m about to take your lunch money. Burn was just the start. Don’t be mad it’s just business, and you had your time in the sunshine. There’s a new sheriff in town....Be ready.

BTM Polynovo is unproven long term....period.......end users of these products are scientists, scientists test hypotheses over and over and over again......how has this product met this criteria? How has it TRULY been tested?........how can anyone implant a fully synthetic device such as this while knowing 0 about the response it will elicit from the human body in 10 yrs? Heck, 5 yrs??

This is why the FDA system is broken.....too many products, too much risk......when will science become relevent again?......these types of sythentic wound care 510k cleared products are not evaluated based on their OWN long term, scientific, objective, RCT’s......period, next question

We have no clue what regard the body will hold BTM’s longterm....scary.....sentiment is surgeons are being turned into business men and women.....not concerned with products that have been exhaustively tested but rather whatever might “save” a buck or two

Integra is old news, and for the short and long term less expensive options are being introduced to the market that can satisfy as good if not better results. Name one positive move Integra has made in the last decade. The TEI acquisition was a flop and who gives a flying fuck about Medihoney. I think I saw that shit at CVS. And when it comes to amniotics, join the crowd and get in line. Increasing List Price dramatically and ask field sales for more is not an effective long term model. Hospital systems are getting more and more savvy these days and kicking Integra to the curb. BTM is a good product, you can graft quicker with it, and you can also place it in the presence of bacteria and let it ride without worry. Surgeons are recognizing it and the paradigm of Regenerative medicine has shifted. Starting in the Burn world and moving to Plastics and Trauma has an all too familiar feel to it. Oh yea, that’s right, exactly where Integra cut there teeth.

I almost forgot, this thread is about layoffs. Maybe that will be Integra’s next genius move

I’m sorry, I missed your long term-safety-of-the patient-rebuttal somewhere

Patient safety should be first and foremost for anyone in healthcare.....from the janitor of the hospital to the CEO.....Integra was founded on proven science and patient satisfaction hence the PMA, period

BTM is unproven longterm, period......this creates increased risk to patients bc noone knows

Now you’re cooking shorty. Over bacteria, relax. Don’t get emotional. No one cares about your PMA. It’s about price and service. You have no legacy reps, no passion, and idiot managers like mine. And my area director smells.

Reps being let go because there isn’t enough product to sell due to product shortages. If everyone hit their quota there isn’t enough product to fill that pipeline.
Joke.

Reps are being let go for being 98%.Integra doesn't care about your life. Your kid is on dialysis? They don't care. Go on medical leave now!! Or lawyer up. Do something. This is the worst company to work for seriously.

Mary is a nice person who genuinely cares, just not for your job. from Austin and has to go with NJ green machine. Just doing her job. She can’t stop Bob and Pete. How many have been let go
