Well, I'm safe. Others, not so. Weak package for those who got the bad news. Any idea of what the final number of those let go was? Hearing it affected all parts of sales except for Oncology. Did anyone in Northbrook get let go? If not, why not?

No layoffs in northbrook. No layoffs in oncology. Expansion in healthsystems. All other sales is not great place to be now. Good luck to those layedoff.

They had me fooled, I guess I drank the kool-aid. Had no idea we would get a scripted call saying you've been retained??? Will find out more tomorrow and hope those affected find jobs..... To be continued

Really? Who is gone? No One in NB gone. Why would they layoff Northbrook peeps? NB supports you.

They should always layoff NB before sales. Without sales there is no Northbrook. Hopefully one day they will remember that

Sales reps are important as a whole group but not in the same numbers anymore. I'm a rep that's still "safe" but of course knew this was coming and everyone else should too unless you've been living under a rock. They need less of us now with more limited ability to see our doctors. Seems like everything is moving to focus on payers and csuites. We should all start seriously looking for jobs elsewhere or even better, try to get into other divisions. Hospital and Urology sales are moving toward extinction. Be prepared and you won't be caught off guard.

So there was a recent layoff, but there are multiple open positions online? Did this layoff impact all sales divisions? I was considering applying, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting information.
