Layoffs































Internal rumor is oncology division is for sale and will be dissolved mid - 2015.

Can anyone confirm if this is accurate?

This is exactly what is wrong with this division...allowing the infiltration of too many reps etc..who just aren't business savvy...
Ask yourself this question:
Treanda is off patent in 2015....
Trisenox is quite small
Synribo --A miniscule dot for sales
Granix-Will see intense comp from Sandoz and Amgen in the near future

*** what will be left to sell? The majority of companies are looking to make an impact with their acquisitions ...

Your best best bet is to hope for a business agreement to extend our life here and to do your part in understanding the business so just maybe a case can be made to add another product to this business unit...
 




































Where does anyone go? Away from this lousy management team for starters.

I believe it is getting better now that we have a new leader. And there has never been a mention of head count reduction so let's put that rumor to rest. I'm not saying it is perfect here but perfection does not exist in our industry. Go ahead and rip me for being honest.

Your total compensation package as a rep is last in the industry....how much did you make off of Granix? How much was held back?

Managers are leaving the ship...a very bad sign....4 or 5 in the last several months....

1/2 or more of the sales force especially the west -does not know what they are doing...

There is a Teva Director there who is the main reason a lot of very good people have left..he has no clue how to run an Oncology business .... tries to brain wash people relative to his Teva blood lines but is blind leading the blind...

This new VP is great but was left with table scraps and the good people left are frantically trying to get out....

4-5 managers have left in the last several months? Name them.....no one is jumping ship at a high rate because you would be stupid to leave now. Guaranteed job for 2 years with a nice payout to stay. It's better than a contract company so treat it that way.
