Since the purchase of Talecris I now have very litle to do. When do you think VG will realize that we have a lot of dead weight in the field and trim the fat?

Based on his appearance...trimming the fat probably isn't a priority

R&D has been decimated with ~50% of the positions gone and managers told to hire high school graduates rather than bachelor or higher qualified applicants. Talecris was a good company Grifols is not. The WALMART of the biopharma world.

I do not want to see anyone lose their job, but we do have way too many reps in the field.

We not only have too may reps, but the manager to rep ratio is way too high.
