Layoffs coming?













Attrition will be organically as well with so many people who've left the first week back in January or just waiting on job offers from interviewing before the holidays.
 






























I was retained but major cuts in Northeast. These people were blindsided, no evaluation saying hey you need to do better or else. Measured on NBRx which as you know you get a provider to start a new patient, pull it through at pharmacy only to see it come through as TRx and measured on that. Probably some lawsuits in the works.
 






This place is a dumpster fire. Upper management is clueless and marketing is even worse. Great drug…..but it will NEVER be Adderall or Vyaaavanse. Not with the current business model.

"Blindsided" what. This is not even a real Pharma company, just an investment group playing by their own rules. These stakeholders don't owe any of us evaluation or touchy feely coaching telling us we "need to do better or else". And lawsuits in the works? Really? Have you tried filing claims against a private equity holding before?.
 












The big question is what is the health of the company?
Is it viable with only one product?
Is the company producing anywhere close to forecast?

There was already at least one class action and I’m sure more will join. Corium is a good ol boys club and it’s been reported over and over. When the head of HR tried to take action she was cut as well. GPC needs to get wise and clean out the top or this will be churn and burn as it always is with this “leadership” team.

GPC lost their ass on us. Mostly due to the hiring is piss poor leadership like Kevin and Pat. Pat was talking so much shit on everyone this past week. He is the biggest loser of them all.
