This started circling this week. Layoffs are coming. Downsizing territory’s to cut costs. The NY optometry snafu is a big blow since rarely any MDs prescribed Tyrvaya.

AND……All of the New York Management knew the Optometrists could not prescribe a nasal spray for dry eye and acted like they didn’t and proceeded to lie. If there is a down sizing as you say the managers should be the first to go. Plus the Optometrists on the board should be fired for not disclosing this issue before launch.
 




Let’s be clear, there are two regions in NY, NYC and Upstate. The NYC team has a good leader and reps, not the case with Upstate NY. They suck regardless of ODs not prescribing. Manager is a recycled low performing blowhard, he hired a bunch of duds. I’m sure this excuse will be used for the next two years. And yes, a downsizing is on the horizon.
 








The West is not performing either. Our days are numbered. They try to spin, Saying we have the growth To sustain the business, but we don’t. There’s always another metric. Show us the dollars and cents
 








So we are gaining on Cequa for weekly Nrx. Still chasing them…. What does that mean in overall attainment and dollars? I’m tired of the spin doctors and the smoke and mirrors. They treat us like imbeciles.

Cequas overall share is so small. How is this a success???
