Heard from a few sources today they are looking to cut some Sr. CSR spots to make way for come new CTA roles due to hard times ahead due to covid19. Need the increased headcount with lower cost. Keep your options open and keep pounding those choles bitches!

diversity is the only key to success. Blacks need to be involved in every step of the hiring process for every candidate at isrg.

Blankman-if you look through a kaleidoscope there are many colors, just like the color of people’s skin. Why limit it to just more black people? What about Asian, Indian, Latino’s? Or more woman of color and/or LGBTQ? If you really want inclusion and diversify you really should expand your horizon on who is the most qualified and not base it on the color of ones skin, sex or race. I keep trying to tell you, but you just won’t listen. Stay woke bro.
