Well, it happened. I heard 2% headcount reduction worldwide, including myself (over 10 years at PDCO). Heavy cuts in service and support. Odd move for a company which cannot compete on price, whose only competitive advantage in the marketplace is “superior service and support”
Also an odd move for a company that is well known to not pay their employees a competitive wage, and only attracts and retains talent based on their culture, training, and work life balance.
But again, what do I know? Cheers to all those affected.
