At least they were consistent through the end. Another call which never started on time.
Pretty sure that has more to do with everyone waiting to dial in at the last minute. There are only so many operators to process the call-ins, and everyone who is calling knows they have to go through an operator "login" to the call. It's the slackers who wait until 9:59 to dial in who backlog that process and cause the delay.
