It's been a few hours. I thought I would start another very usuful thread about layoffs. Please reply with your comments directly or indirectly related to the subject of lay-offs at Bausch and Lomb by clicking on the post reply link below.

In your responses, be sure to insult other commenters and dont forget to include as many insults as you can towards senior management, both B&L and WP. Most importantly however, please be sure not include any actual or useful information, I would like to limit this thread to pessimestic and speculative comments based soley on assumptions made by you the commenters.

Certainly a sarcastic comment against pharma cafe. Pharma cafe attempts to obtain information that management and the press refuse to reveal. Sometimes it is speculative and critical but that is the best people can do without direct access to the information.

Pharma cafe is an alternative source of information about companies. Management does not like pharma cafe as it give people another look at companies that is not filtered through corporate management public relation experts.

Long live Pharma cafe.

My original post is not intened to insult cafe pharma or it's intended purpose.

My post was a very passive agressive way of pointing out that for the last few weeks most of what has been posted is pessimestic, chicken little (sky is falling) type rants and comments that everyone is going to lose their jobs.

That is not information as you seem to think it is. Information is data that is rooted in fact and can be used to make informed decisions. It would be great if someone on here actually had an idea about what was going on and could provide us all with a little INFORMATION.
