Ok let’s cut to the chase here. We know lay off are happening soon. Leqvio is doing beyond horrible. Entrestos patent ends in 2 years. Duane’s answer in Dallas regarding lay offs was a joke. Does anyone else see the writing on the wall? Or you all naive?

If you look at almost every thread within Novartis…people have been talking about layoffs so I’m not sure what your talking about “cut to the chase”.
I’m no one… not an insider so no juicy info here either. We’ve been thinking about this for a year right…us reps…maybe longer…it’s shitty. I have kids, spouse, house about where I want to have one…

no matter what your opinion is about the job, the companies handling of this, what I’m drinking right now…. Whoever takes the brunt of this whether it’s 1 person or 100 people or more, we will land on our feet because there’s no other choice. Even if you’re a shitty rep, you still know what it’s like to overcome adversity and get back up to win. I can’t dwell on caring about how they are handling this, even though I’ve vented to counterparts etc just like everyone else. Let’s impress ourselves. I wish you all the best…I’ve met some really cool people in this organization, win or lose I’m glad it was a part of my life…
 




































I get it we are all still on payroll so save your dumb ass comments. My mgr is on a super power trip. Still schedule field rides for next week. How about show some empathy? Show some compassion? Some some human decency for what is about to happen you cocksucker. Fuck this place and the Koolaid drinkers.
