There are additional lawsuits that have been filed and are being evaluated by up to 15 different states attorney generals (AGs), it just takes one AG to move forward with a suit. This Qui Tam case pays the whistleblower up to 15% of what the government recovers from the guilty company- and we all know how guilty Uncle Fuji is don't we? Don't you wish you were the one of the original filers?...i'll take 15% of 100 million or so. So many good reps have been done dirty by low life scum managers and ABDs.

I myself look forward to a payday in the near future.

This whole thread should be pulled. It is pathetic that so many people get enjoyment on going public to destroy individuals. If you feel the need to sue then do so. Keep your actions private and do what you need to do but please stop the BS
