Does everybody know that Nuvo Research Inc; who is the owner of Pennsaid and Pennsaid 2%, is suing Mallinckrodt ?? Basically, I think that they believe, that the best efforts have not been put forth and are suing for damages. Thoughts??

They should sue the managed care dept for the horrible coverage and the MAIN reason why we cant sell it!
I have the worst coverage i have ever expereinced with any product in 10 years of pharma.

nobody covers 2% except tricare

I have heard a rumor that Mallinckrodt are going to settle their lawsuit with Nuvo Research, ( the owner to the rights of Pennsaid 1.5% and Pennsaid 2%.). I can't say that I am suprised if this is true, since Mallinckrodt, in my opinion anyways has not lived up to their end of the bargain. Nuvo could come out of this with a nice chunk of change! Not exactly what I wanted to hear.... More bad news for Mally.....Has anybody else heard this?
