Heard that they tried to measure an applicants dangle angle! As most know it must be between 45 and 50 degrees to qualify for insurance. Usually this is accomplished by eyesight but in this case they took a ruler and compass to make the determination. Suffice it to say who's weiner is in trouble now??

Chances are that DE was just sitting by and watching others do the wank. He rarely ever did it and hence his inexperience with the maneuver. Practice usually makes perfect but that seems to have alluded DE. Poor soul.
