I just received papers from the attorney's office in regards to lawsuit against Cypress. I haven't had time to read - has anyone read them yet? What do you think? I just scanned them quickly and I don't know all the legal mumbo jumbo - thoughts???

I believe it is the lawsuit from Golden Corral restaurant against former RD named TC. Apparently TC personally bankrupted them with his frequent trips to the "all you can eat" salad bars!

TC was a huge bully that harassed and intimidated people then would be proud of himself., people like that should not be managing people they are sick. Likely sick are the people in legal (JS) who protected him.

Yes memories of TC the crazy man, I was interviewed by a third party hired regarding TC bullyism and unprofessional treatment of people. He creates a hostile environment everywhere he goes., that witch in legal JS coordinated this asking reps in the entire region that had interactions with this beast. Do you think she ever took action? No instead she fired 80% of the staff.
