Yes, I've received this in the mail. It's a solicitation to current and former Covidien sales reps & reps employed between Feb 11, 2008 to July 25 2011 regarding the unlawful classification of exempt employees. The suit is for overtime pay, and the attorneys representing the plaintiffs (the reps) are Burnette, Dobson, & Pinchak out of Chattanooga, TN. Deadline to a part of this suit is Sept 22, 2011.
In a similar and recent case, Schering reps have been awarded judgment for overtime pay.

I do not work for Covidien. I interviewed with your company. The managers were flirting with each other. One manager asked me to describe a time I bent the rules. I told him I never did- he kept pressing me for an answer. What was he asking me to do? He was bragging about buying liquor for the Drs. REALLY!!! I walked out of there thinking please don't call.
Anyone have an update as to what is going on with the lawsuit??? All I get from my manager is blah blah blah corporate bullshit. Thanks!
