The crazy man was talking about the suit with Idenix, not Roche. Idenix was purchased by Merck. Now there are 2 lawsuits against Gilead from Merck. Both suits are baseless & without merit.

The crazy basement man made a lot of money & probably doesn't care about the lawsuit anymore.

That would be me, and yes I did make a lot of money. There is a couple key decisions coming in January, My guess is that if there isn't any settlement by then (it would happen in January) then February Put options might be a good bet. Stock might be 120 by then. We will see...

All BS. If we would've listened to you before we'd all be poor. But since I didn't listen to you my calls have made me a lot of money. Also my RSU's and ESPP. None of what you've ever said has come true. Nothing.
