If live in the southeast and have been passed up for promotion because your boss was an american white male, if you witnessed of labeling selling and are willing to come forward; if you were harassed because of your gender /race........respond to this post and join. Lawyers in discussion with the company. Company thinks this is a one person law suit, but 10 current/past employees have given signed statements.
Also we have a former whistle blower within the 10. Strong case.

I was passed over for a managerial position because my boss is not an American black male but an African American black male. Does this qualify me to be part of the suit? It should, so with what law group do I file papers?

American white male? WTF? As opposed to a German or Australian white male? What about an 'American' black male? I laughed aloud at this post.

Your neuronal fibers aren't firing on all 8 cylinders, friend. Psychiatric counseling and medications do help, along with pre-possession of a stellar work ethic, good grades in college and an ability to sell to 'American' white and black physicians.
