Lawsuit does not mention Sun Pharma

Team- What am I missing here? The lawsuit talks about Taro but I did not see any mention of Sun here. As much as Taro is part of Sun, they are still independent companies for all legal purposes. Why the CBS 60 minutes talk about our company and not Taro ?

It's because Sun in the majority shareholder (like 65-70%) of Taro. Plus, Kal was the CEO of Taro and reported to Dilip while there, and then he went back to Mumbai, still reporting to Dilip. Then, Abhay, as a direct report of Dilip, comes over as CEO of Taro, as well as the US Sun business. So yes in the most legal sense they are separate companies but they're so intertwined its as if they're the same (e.g. above CEOs)
