Ouch! What is that all about? That poster asked about a manager - I've seen it on a thousand different boards. Your response says a lot. Interesting. Your obviously have an issue with someone or why would you care?
 


















It is probably Laura's boss. Management at LCA are nothing but micro managers. Most of them have never sold anything and live in their little bubble drinking kool-aid all day.

Why would your boss try to stir up crap about their employee? Oh, I know to get some dirt on them. Completely unprofessional and hurtful. All lab managers from LCA to Quest and in between DO live in a "happy bubble" and seemingly unaware of what is going on in their backyard.

What is this all about? As the posters said, it must be the usual micro management that constantly throws crap and can't catch any of it! Let people do their job and stop the micro management it will get you absolutely no where!

Until this is understood all of management will never get anyone to work hard for them!
