In less than a year, this division had excitement and promise. Fast forward, every week another talent leaves for greener pastures.

this company has been built on lies, inflated sales/prescriber data to give an image of product adoption, and false hope with a pipeline that is never going to come and has already been scrapped. How people can praise the leadership here is beyond comprehension. This whole division will be scrapped within two years. In the meantime, everybody will jump ship if not get fired. they placed leaders who were inappropriate verbally and physically and in over their head. They were put there because of loyalty and friendship and not because of skill.
