Hmmm.... DH and VS abruptly out - the plentiful, past rumors of management behavior at this place have finally been captured and brought into focused reality. DBrennan leading, LB recuses self? from stepping in...hmmmm... Brennan will likely have been tasked with cleaning up the mess(es) and quietly positioning this pig for sale....can you say Pfizer? or Amgen? or Novartis? anyone....while the stock is down, this is an easy one....

Just rumors and not facts. In short, your post is a waste of time. By the way, LB is still involved. Check with anyone that watched the downhill from this past week.

Nope....Just a good way to smoke out the "lawyer up" function. Sorry, but the defensiveness of your corporate stance just give away the strategic prerogative. LB needs to get distance and distance quickly. Priority 1 for this overpriced POS is to get shopped and sold....

Sounds like sour grapes for you (someone in the legal function paid to be the attack dog on this site). Lets wait for the lawsuits to settle out....Can you say $80/shr???? This thing was at 190 a year ago. Since then, down 50% and only continuing to trend down in an up market.... Pity the deluded fools hanging on right now....
 






Everyone is at the national sales meeting so I'll doubt you'll get an answer...too busy on creating a story to keep sales focused. They want to figure out how to keep thier second and third homes and kids in private school. In the meantime, I've been contacted by an attorney and a reporter.

So the investigation turned up very little from a material standpoint and there was no need to restate earnings, making you look like a moron. Instead of posting an apology to everyone for your previous lies, you decide to double down with yet another mindless post.

Why don't you do us all a favor and move on to an industry more suitable to your disposition; namely the fast food industry.

Given there was no restatement of earnings, the lawsuits are toast, just like your career.
 






DH will be remembered for bringing a $1B to a $38 B company. With no restatement of earnings, the board pulled the trigger based on what? VS also one of the finest people in the profession.
