Because the culture sucks, our leadership is self-service, and the field force is disengaged?

There’s a lack of respect and transparency coming from the top, it’s really sad . In response , indifference and a lack of caring is why the poor turnout for the survey . Not many believe the people on the top will do anything. I hope they turn it around because they are gonna lose a ton of good people

Come on Astellas, do the right thing here , the survey is a chance to make it right , before it’s too late and all your talent leaves

Newsflash: they don’t care!! Someone remembers that it’s time to put out a survey so they can check it off the to-do list. They’re just going through the motions!
