I had a friend who left the company a few years ago. What’s the latest with salary ranges and leadership now? Has things improved any?

Like every company we have our challenges. Base pay is good im at 193k. Bonus is hit and miss. I was approached by amylx and they couldn't match base. Worst places to work for sure.

Stop gap company. Doesn’t promote from within. Too heavy with leadership who have never sold or managed rare disease states.

Really really terrible place to work! No way you are making 193k base and even if you were, it can't be worth the soul eating necessary to tread water in a rat ship like Mtpa
