I know some companies don't like lateral moves of its employees because by filling one hole, you create another, but has anyone had experience with that here?
As an example, let's say someone was working in nyc for a year or two and then a position opened in Miami. If the rep was doing well would there be an issue with them going from nyc to Miami?
