Why did KV inform the SEC they will be filing their quarterly report late? Is someone hiding something?
It is similar to when the Titanic was sinking and they told the band in the ballroom to continue to play. Don't worry the SEC filing means nothing. KV 1 team!!!! all will be fine. If you don't believe me ask Greg Divis everyone knows he is a stand up guy and would never mislead (or lead) anyone for that matter.
A post at 4:14 in the morning...can only be a few individuals...the ones that stalk the board...the ones that can't sleep because "others" or "other things" are on their minds...
And then you have people that post during working hours that are surfing cafepharma versus working their job. Sound familiar?
I am working at this company that may not be here and you are at what company now? gee I wonder? actually no I don't I know and know you are stalking our board and probably other people too. Get on with your dual life loser. We all know you put up a fake front to us and your family. We all know the truth. BTW, I am now on my time and my board and don't call for any more info or help.

This company is so screwed up that it is not funny. From the initial launch of Makena, to the current debaucle regarding Gynazole-1 pricing and managed care coverage (tier 3 - puhleeeeze!! and no medicaid coverage)
It's a wonder that we are still in business. If I was a creditor I would basically tell the court that KV has no clue how to effectively run a company or launch a product. I won't accept any plan for reorganization until there is a complete overhaul of upper management. This would include GD, SG and MC - GONE!!

At least someone is talking sense on this site finally. All of the above is so true. If I was a creditor I would go back and look at some of the very talented people who were let go a few months ago. Many had the solutions but were terminated because of their talent and forward thinking. Because of the economy and pay sales many who have solutions are still unemployed. Why not get some of the real talent back, relieve the unemployment system and let true talent save the company. Those who are unemployed have no option other than to come back or loose benefits. Some of those who were let go know the truth about current management and their motives!
Who were these truth talkers and forward thinkers? let see some names?

It is too late, if those people knew, and I am sure they do, what is best for them they will take their talent elsewhere. The real problem is the decision makers that have been in charge for the past 3-4 years. Total disaster. All they are doing is getting huge pay. They don't care about anyone else.
