Late SEC filing







The reason is simple if you have been following the BK proceedings. In the next week or so KV management is planning to wipe out all the class A and B shareholders. If this happens KV basically become a private company owned by the company that provided the debt financing. The new owners will probably remove present management and either get a new management team in place or start to chop up the remaining assets. Big changes on the near horizon.
 


















It is similar to when the Titanic was sinking and they told the band in the ballroom to continue to play. Don't worry the SEC filing means nothing. KV 1 team!!!! all will be fine. If you don't believe me ask Greg Divis everyone knows he is a stand up guy and would never mislead (or lead) anyone for that matter.

I work here because the management team is so dumb. Where else can I get away with all I do or don't do. This is so easy to do nothing and get paid for it. Just like the leaders of this sinking ship
 


















This company is so screwed up that it is not funny. From the initial launch of Makena, to the current debaucle regarding Gynazole-1 pricing and managed care coverage (tier 3 - puhleeeeze!! and no medicaid coverage)

It's a wonder that we are still in business. If I was a creditor I would basically tell the court that KV has no clue how to effectively run a company or launch a product. I won't accept any plan for reorganization until there is a complete overhaul of upper management. This would include GD, SG and MC - GONE!!

Many had the solutions but were terminated because of their talent and forward thinking. Because of the economy and pay sales many who have solutions are still unemployed. Why not get some of the real talent back, relieve the unemployment system and let true talent save the company. Those who are unemployed have no option other than to come back or loose benefits. Some of those who were let go know the truth about current management and their motives!

It is too late, if those people knew, and I am sure they do, what is best for them they will take their talent elsewhere. The real problem is the decision makers that have been in charge for the past 3-4 years. Total disaster. All they are doing is getting huge pay. They don't care about anyone else.

#3 - True marketing experience
#4 - When given a good idea and sound advice take it to the right place. Managers at KV
would gather information for pro's and try to present it themselves for self advancement without understanding the concept. Heaven forbid some low life rep be given credit

#6 - MFM's and OB's are in a world of their own - they needed to be treated with care not directed with greed
Yes, they created a total disaster when they had the talent to possibly save them. Big pharma managers were not needed in this organization. People with comon sense would have gotten the job done. Old pharma VP's, Directors and Managers ruined the organization. Everyone wanted to tell you who they were and where they came from and how important they thought they were. Why did old pharma get rid of them in the first place? Unemployment is the best they will get. Who wants to hire anyone who had a hand in this mess!
