Useless activity for a useless roleI think it should be mandatory that all ASM’s should have to role play with reps as the doc at every meeting! Talk about everyone laughing their collective asses off! Role playing is basically useless because you never and I mean never, encounter such an environment in the real world, therefore it is useless. With our short list of me-too drugs, docs have heard the “message” countless times over the years. There is nothing new to build excitement around Trin or Rex! They are boring and bring nothing to the table. The fact that these 2 have done so well is a huge testament to the reps for being able to convince docs that the slop is real!!!!
Come on managers, show us what you got at the next waste-of-time meeting ! I won’t hold my breath.

Well it is very apparent to me that our Psych division is dead and has no future. Listening to the call this with with the new CEO Lundbeck they basically told us this and we have till 2029.No wonder people are leaving whenever they can for a brighter future.Whose bright idea was it to role play like that?
