You are delusional if you think Lundy is any different than big pharma. The pay scale and mgmt team are both very much big pharma.

I think it should be mandatory that all ASM’s should have to role play with reps as the doc at every meeting! Talk about everyone laughing their collective asses off! Role playing is basically useless because you never and I mean never, encounter such an environment in the real world, therefore it is useless. With our short list of me-too drugs, docs have heard the “message” countless times over the years. There is nothing new to build excitement around Trin or Rex! They are boring and bring nothing to the table. The fact that these 2 have done so well is a huge testament to the reps for being able to convince docs that the slop is real!!!!

Come on managers, show us what you got at the next waste-of-time meeting ! I won’t hold my breath.

Au contraire, mon ami! Without reps this company ceases to exist. Without RSD’s and ASM’s, not a dime will be lost and sales will improve. What happened to sales when John Arena left, they went up! And what about Granny D? Nothing will change. People like them just drain revenue from the company. You could cut the number of ASM’S by 75% and sales would be unchanged! R&D is the one key thing a company needs outside of reps, and ours is piss poor.

Well it is very apparent to me that our Psych division is dead and has no future. Listening to the call this with with the new CEO Lundbeck they basically told us this and we have till 2029.No wonder people are leaving whenever they can for a brighter future.
 






Stop crying. We have u practice ur details at meetings because u don’t do it in the field. Managers have paid their dues. They don’t have to do it.
we pay you, we own you so do what we say.

As for ur future, ur a drug rep. You basically serve a useless role. Ur a live commercial for hcp and that’s it. We don’t respect you nor do the physicians we have you speak with. Shut up and do as you are told.

2029 is a long way off. If you can’t find something between now and then, something must be wrong with you. Lundbeck has been the classic “me-too” pharma company for many years now, and will be nothing more. Most everyone has left in upper management. They all saw the light. If you have only a few years left in pharma, then you will be fine.
 






Let's see.............the Psych Division is dead......hmmmmm.....I have been here only a few short years and Rexulti will have grown upwards to a $2Billion drug per year, of which, we get almost half.........not so sure your comments are well informed............Oh and by the way, Vyepti........blowing the doors off of budget....AGAIN.....!!!
