The reps are leaving at a fast clip. On to stellar companies such as Astellas, Foundation, Hologic and BMS. Most have seen a 20-40% salary increase, stock options/grants, and top tier insurance. (No more self stick wellness kits). Would the last person out cut the lights off? For those of you who are staying, there are over a dozen positions in the IO-IG group.It would be a pay increase for the clinical reps. Farewell- I've got to cash in my grants!

LabCrap sent me a home colonoscopy test kit. It requires a partner to administer. Please advise. How do I back in to this deal?
 












The good news is all of these boards said that LC would tarnish your resume, you'd never get another job, etc. Almost everyone who has left has received a significant bump (as I type I realize that's because everyone was probably so low paid compared to industry standard).
It's sad that almost 3 years later we have become the mirror of the dianon boards. Everyone's worst fear is that the company they move on to is bought by LC. Good luck to all.

Poster is right on. Dianon's takeover by LH paid off my house. Clients left in droves. Dianon used to be the "Caris/Genoptix" in the day. The backfilled jobs are by new scrubs who know only tube color and price. Carpe Diem!!!
 


















Irvine cranked out some strong leaders. Look at most of the cancer labs out there. All run by USl leaders. LCA ruined it, just like everything else they touch. Fun to watch still.

The new Genzyme is called Foundation Medicine. LabCorp has Integrated the purchase into a SAMs Club. Many are headed to FM now. A RMBD who was a leader amoungst a leaderless management team ( WB and MM) has moved on. Rob has moved on. A TM in the SE has moved on. Why? More Genzyme culture, better pay, bennies and stock. Director of client services is at FM. Mickey said LH was the best company GG could partner with. It really helped out other companies recruiting pool. A billion dollar folly Dave and Mikey.

Don't quite get your what you are saying. Straight up. Are you saying that LH has bought Foundation and it is part of Integrated Genetics or that the old Genzyme employees are now employed at Foundation?

Looks like Foundation Medicine values patient care. Heard that from LH lately? 8 good people have turned off the lights on their tour of duty in the "Afganistan" of labs. No drones flying over their heads shooting spreadsheets and firing call in requests. FM is expanding and turning on lights for good reps. Great company and glad I have a new chapter on life.
 






Two Ladies are leaving the Frat House this Friday. Made the decision to move to another job. All of us are so happy for their success in finding a top rate company with clearly defined compensation plans and higher salaries. Oh and bennifits far above the LH offering. Job well done Ladies! Three more found there way out of the corn maze LabCorp created. Call out to your recruiters they have positions. If you need a temp job IO has over 20 openings. Great training!
