Last Day

Friday was my last day
Glad to be on to bigger and better things
Stable work environment with an organization that is on the same page not different divisions operating with different rules and guidelines
stable leadership focused with general concern for employees and not self preservation

What were you fired for, and what fast food drive thru are you working?

The exit process is a joke. They’re not even doing exit interviews, just a couple irrelevant multiple choice questions to check boxes on. I was hoping to give some constructive feedback and ideas for improving retention but it’s obvious they don’t care and/ or just not interested in hearing from the field. Good to luck to those that have decided to ride it out.

You mean they don’t do exit interviews, I’m shocked! Not really, lol! Leadership does not give 2 shits about the sales force . All they care about are their big bonuses and stock options. Attrition is the word for the year. They don’t have to pay severance if people just leave, do things bad so people will leave and save $$$$.

Ask the companies I've worked for I've NEVER had an exit IV. They don't want to hear the truth. They haven't listened to a single suggestion from the field since launch, why start now?

can someone give some more specifics around the details after you resign? I’m in a different BU but expecting an offer next week and by the the time background checks clear etc... my resignation date will be extremely close to the holiday break. Although I’m very disenchanted with leadership in general and could care less what shire hinks as I know they are happy with people leaving since they have less severance to pay, I really do like my boss and want to make sure I do the right thing by him and give proper notice.

Once your background clears...resign. Pretty easy and clear cut.

I feel the same way about my manager and really wanted to do the same thing. I gave a full 2 week notice, and things went very smoothly. Yesterday was my last day. I start my new job next week. The closeout was simple. HR will contact you with instructions.

Has anyone not in the OBU been told by Shire that the non-compete will be enforced if they go to a new company and call on the same doctors?
Wait...they do the non compete for other BU's too? I thought this was just a crazy KK gimmick. This company is truly a shit show, NOBODY does non competes in this industry.
