You sound jealous and bitter. And it's funny. We may not be receiving them moving forward but at least many actually were able to experience the over-inflated commission checks. For many years. And you post like big commission checks and our sales trips that many went on were a bad thing. It's a shame you never and will never get to experience the good life.

Are you aware that Solstas (Spectrum) has done a sales trip every year for the last ten years? The contest wasn't just last year. Please post when you know what you are talking about.

Bitter and GREEN with envy is no way to go through life. Some of the top reps from years gone
by are already gone and enjoying the same money. Some of us had the balls to take a risk. Your silly little Quest job is just a stopping point while the good reps weigh the options and find another high paying job. Stop your bashing little man and grow a pair. Life doesn't end at Quest.

We are going to be thinking about that $50,000, $100,000, $150,000, etc. for a long, long time and it's going to piss us off every time we think about it. You better believe we will be bitter!

It will gnaw at us when we think about what that $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 could have done for us 10 years or 20 years down the line. What it could have done for our families, kids and grand kids.

We earned it! We got the business on board! Pay us our money! All of it!

Here's what I find absolutely hilarious about the touchy-feely, everybody loves everybody, feel-good integration: Spectrum/Solstas employees have ALWAYS considered Quest the hated, mortal enemy.

Spectrum/Solstas reps have absolutely bashed everything about Quest for years. So now we're all just one big happy family?

This is one of the oldest issues in the industry and it is the last "screw" sales reps have been given for decades. Unfortunately your "not paid checks" are used to pay back the money it took to buy the business. This along with the salaries of the immediately let go. it all goes to pay back the loans.
