Hate to disappoint you... a rep in our area got one last year, and although the rep was on "leave" per the company's request, when NPC legal cleared it and they were ready (took 1.5 months) The rep was fired.

No joke... The rep was a PC 2008 winner, and top tier for the last 4 years with NPC, and stupid rep backed up into traffic, no significant damage and no injury, but police were in the vicinity, came out, and the rep blew over the limit.

Sorry buddy but you should be worried. If you were in your company car you're gone, probably even if in other car. And also sorry to say it's your own fault for doing something so stupid. You could have killed someone.
 






Every company runs a check of our drivers license every year. They are required to by the insurance company. I am not sure what time of year Novartis does it but they do. If a DUI turns up you are gone the second it turns up. Your best bet is to pay a DUI attorney to have it buried in court. If its your first it might be an option.
 






It's cool I got one about 9 months ago. No fancy lawyer no problem I'm still here and life is good. I am in NC and have not had any other citations. You will be fine.
