Lack of respect for the Gen meds rep?

Boy it was good times at the Town Hall friday. Free coffee for everyone! Except when you ask someone about Exelon Patch. Could you guy make us feel any worst?

With 18 years at NVS I have sold just about every product we have had. All have been big money makers for you. Andy even said it himself "the products that were sold in Gen meds allowed us to use that money on smaller drugs until they became profitable"

So why is everyone acting like we have some big herpes sore on our lips?

The 300 of us that are left have cleaned up all your mistakes over the years. Hell we did nt even have Exelon patch in the pharmacy last year for 3 months and still got the 13.3 moving for you.

And the new Niko's guy? Does he even want the job? Cause he sure doent look like it!

Ok maybe its the end. but you guys all in the home office need to act more professional.

Treat us with respect. Let us close out Exelon patch. Finish the job, like we have done for you for years.

its Ironic, Most of the people at the home office or work in other divisions came out of gen meds, but now they wont touch us with a ten foot pole.

This is so true! They cut Primary Care about every other year over the past 8 years, and systematically dismantled the sales force until its' failure became a self-fulfilling prophecy. Yes we ALL know that Pharma is changing and resuming promotions with smaller sales forces again...and thank God for that. But the chumps in East Hanover have been the WORST brand stewards in the industry since about the time Gorsky left. From that point on chainsaw consultants and legal schmucks have governed everything. Just keep cutting personnel to cover up the repeated mistakes by the Top Brass, that way Wall Street remains benignly happy with cost cutting measures. You can't cut your way to prosperity...and you have to have products to sell to turn a prophet. That leads us to now. Gen Meds has no products after Patch goes away and somehow it's the fault of the sales force?!

What a fucking colossal blunder you all are at corporate!

Greg Oakes is a Managed Markets guy! He historically has to side with payers and not sell the snake oil that commercial does. I can only believe that he wants access to the established medicines portfolio, not Primary Care.
