LabWest Executives Starting New Lab?

Wouldn't surprise me. That company has always been questionable. I guess you could blame LabCorp for giving them control after the takeover. Can't trust your enemies.

Its depends on who you are talking about.

If you are talking about the former owner of WestCliff (before it bacame LabWest), he did buy a small local lab over a year ago. They took the specimen count from about 100/day to 700-800/day.

If you are talking about the more recent LabWest Management Team (BW & KV & MS), then that would be really interesting. After consolidation of LabWest into LabCorp, BW went away, and KV & MS moved into leadership roles at LabCorp. Are they making a move to leave LabCorp?

The question concerned STARTING a new lab, not a lab that was started over a year ago...

Don't get too excited. You wouldn't want to work for those folks anyways. Non-compete doesn't mean #@^* in California silly. Don't worry we'll buy them in a few years and the same monkeys will be working for us.
