Had not heard that Andy Baker is also going after LabCorp for pull-through. Had only read about his case against quest.

Read it on the Pathology Blawg this AM.

Does anyone know if LabCorp has turned over the documents the Senate asked for yet regarding pull-through?

I'm not aware of risk to patients, but am sure it is minimal.
Lets call the local state attorney general to see what they think. Have you seen the letters from the major insurers on the patients deductible being met when they are only charged $100. Where's the FTC and the lawyers? Patient could lose insurance and doc the ability to participate with insurer. Quest and Lab Corp should be getting excited about this since they have the most to lose.
