How are the doors still open in that train wreck?? PAML is kicking their ass daily, hell, everybody is! Post PPL acquisition how much business have they retained??

I laugh. I worked at that train wreck. I have never seen such a group of depressive clowns that were great at blame storming.

Didn't they hire the ex leader of PAML to turn things around? Looks like they have to acquire them to beat them.
 




































I Heard they let go of one of LabCorp's legends today. He was one of the best that LabCorp Seattle had...someone who had true honesty, loyalty, integrity, and expertise. Whatever hope I had in LabCorp (west division) has been completely destroyed. LabCorp is making enemies everywhere in the diagnostic industry and yes, it will be to their peril. I am so disgusted at the leadership that allowed this to happen.
 






My first thought is Labcorp West has management? But the truth is that any Labcorp employee in the west who is a strong personality, secure in their knowledge, is honest, and has integrity, will not make it with these two lady clowns. They will want to be rid of any employee like this. It's too bad too because everyone had high hopes for these two. But they don't have a clue. Anyone that will question them or suggest an alternative talks too much. They want these people gone. They are not interested in your ideas, your possible solutions, and the politics you face in the field. The longer you have been employed the more you need to go. If you think JW will fight for you think again. Even if you have a great record and reviews with the company. She is the worst HR director ever. She blows with the wind or should I say who ever the V. P. Is at the time. She really is an idiot and has been more involved in being investigated in the scandals than investigating the scandals. She trusts people that are very inappropriate not realizing when she's talking to them and being inappropriate along with them, they have her on speaker phone and two or three people are listening to her conversation with him. Honest good workers really can't stomach the mess of the west right now. It's best to move on until this out of state trash (other than JW who will meet her demise sooner than later. Evil always comes back to get you.) moves on, either by termination or promotion. You can't work for a company where your immediate leadership really doesn't care about patient care, or they don't understand that your integrity in the field is everything. They don't care and think it's nothing for you to go in the field and tell a client something that isn't true.

I heard there's a huge investigation about to occur because corporate hasn't responded to the complaints of reps and clients. JW is pathetic as is the entire west leadership. If the legal counsel in NC was smart they'd show some initiative and listen to this thread.
 
























Why don't you guys just take Shawn Whitcomb from PAML. He know everything about everything and is responsible for firing people on a whim. He has gummed up more things in our IT department than humanly possible and focuses more on running his own company within a company. 8 more of of us here will leave when we can.

No doubt you're already planning a huge party as the entire company is on its way out the door. The more people who leave of their own accord ahead of time, the less severances you'll need to fork out when the pending axe finally falls and the bigger party you can throw.
