I wouldn't put anything past them or Quest, they both have enough money to do anything they want. If you think about it, Caris is an easy target---private and no shareholders to contend with.

not necessarily, since LH bough GG, many have jumped ship and gone to Caris, so why not just purchase it (and destroy that one as well)

Are you crazy? What investor would give a penny to this company? They have nothing and the AP business is going down the toilet. They also have a management team that are clueless. All they do is forecast and expenses and have no idea how quickly this business changes. They also screwed up Carisomes TWICE! Sorry it's NOT going to happen!
