Every major lab we have signed that never had ICAP before allowed us to get fresh baselines to grow on. If you are paying attention, you will figure out that the new LabCorp contract is giving us RAST data to help management set our 2014 baselines. As it stands today, you will have to overcome the RAST tests that your customers ordered in 2013. This is NOT fair. You need to bring up this point with your DMs before the goals get rolled out in late December. At the very least, management needs to explain why they are doing this. Senior management/HR and stockholders will benefit from LabCorp but why shouldn't CSCs benefit? Be fair and your sales force will go to work for you. Be stingy and more will quit. MANY of you (including Area Directors, MZ, EH) read this site and NOW is the time for you to speak up.
