Most of the Indian doctors are getting the “envelope” they will move to a smaller lab. NY(EM) book is all kickbacks to the docs. He will move the business as soon as deal is done, no chance of retention. Look at his past commissions.

Been gone for two years and no doubt current employees will talk…there is no dedication there. Everyone is fed up.

Let Rupen and Nicky sink their own ship….don’t save them.

No chance. Everybody knows how accurate operates
 






Deal almost completed.......Labcorp - no chance on retention unless you are ready to pay off docs with all the "special perks" they are receiving now! Haas & co....you are out of your minds!

The word on the street is that they are also bringing the tiny guy from the former Shiel Medical. So this might make sense.

Considering how the little one conducts himself in business, maybe he put this deal together.
 
























There is no M&A strategy at this company. Management is weak and they only pursue hospital deals if the CEO opens his/her legs after the 1st meeting.

If they do acquire this lab it only comes to show that they have no idea what they are doing.

Diagnostics and lab sales are done. Time to look into the future with Covance and building the next generation CRO with Walgreens
 
























Deal is not happening. DK not giving the go ahead. BH would be more productive if he was to take a look at the leadership in the NE and realize that all of these old farts need to go. Lab sales is and has been finished for a while.

Don’t be shocked if BH rides out into the sunset by end of next year.
 


















Who would buy that Indian POS Accurate? No way this deal goes down. Labcorp and Quest will wait until the go out of business and then split the samples. Nick and Patel know they can;t sell and are blleding this for every dime they can.
