Can you believe it? We couldn’t figure out an accurate headcount whenever we planned this meeting - let’s just put people in the La Quinta Inn instead.

Was a total shit show without a lack of leadership. Our director couldn’t even say Alamo correctly. The sessions never started on time. We are not a sales organization anymore. We are a compliance, strategy and operations company. There were a few shining moments but they never involved upper leadership or the EMT. Airway and H&N were the lone positive take away. This company is a shell of what it used to be. HR got up and said woman are no longer admins and dei is alive. Like wtf. No one thinks of women as admins anymore so to call that out shows how you’re really the one stuck back in time…. The worst part was, I think the EMT and NBM team think they did an amazing job. There is not one sales leader on the EMT……
 






The demand for excellence in all we do is fine. KC FaceTimed in and said we measure ourselves in generations and then the KSUS team jumped up there and said we measure ourselves in quarters. I guess they don’t talk throughout the year. Idk.
