Looks like the people in Dallas were told they would hear something by the end of the weekend, I interviewed in LA and was told to watch my email for the next two to three days. Anyone from LA interviews hear anything yet? what territories?

Yes, I got an email the next day.

I am wondering, to those of us who got an email they are moving forward, does anyone not have pharma experience?

To answer your question, i moved on and I do have pharma experience. I don't think it is manditory, but diabetes experience would be a plus. It's a complicated disease state. However, Lilly has an extensive training program.

All you need to know about diabetes is that it's mostly caused by overeating.

I interviewed in la and haven't heard anything yet ? I also completed the background check does anyone know when home training starts ? Is it March 8th

Call five times a day. That will get you farther than any response on this board.

Most likely veteran Lilly pros will only discourage you from applying.

And it's true, you will be heartbroken some day soon, if hired.

What I was told after interviewing on the 16th is that the home study would start on March 8 and the training would start on March 28 and run through April 19.

I've called Candidate Care once per week and haven't been given any information about when they would be notifying or if background checks are completed. I was told in LA and later over the phone that offers and non-offer notification would be via email and we would check a response to the offer to reply. I am anxious as well.

There are just a lot of things up in the air regarding this job: 1) The training in Indy will conflict with some training for my husband's job; we'll have to get a grandparent to watch our girls overnight for at least a week. 2) My daycare provider is anxious, of course. 3) We rented a condo in FL which falls during the training time and I need to cancel if we aren't going...the sooner the better!

Above Poster RE the diabetic overeating comment: Totally rude to #1 lump all diabetics into the same category #2 diminish the complexities of a disease you obviously know nothing about.
