Kyowa Kirin

So I see the company is now going by the name of Kyowa Kirin. There is a position in the Home Office that I am thinking of applying for but am a bit unsure. I have known several people that have worked there in the past and did not have really great things to say. Has anything changed there since besides the name? What is the upper management like? This is a Director or Sr. Director level job so any insight you can give would be greatly appreciated. I know this is usually not the best place to get this kind of info, but thought I would give it a try anyway. Thanks.

"Senior Director level job," LOL. In a company this size, that's like a low level manager in a real company. Have you considered that?

obviously you didn’t get the job. Manager and director in other companies have one main difference. The manager does all the work and the director takes all the credit. If you can get a director level job in a big company you are all set. You can spend countless hours kissing your VPs ass, wiping their ass, whisper sweet nothings to them and abusive your team of 10 worker bees. I have been doing it for years. Who wants to work and provide value.
